In Los Angeles,the couple was spotted few days back shopping together with each other.
Rugged up for the winter weather, the pair strolled the shopping strip looking pretty friendly for a former couple.
During the shopping it was Lionel Richie having more fun, with the 61-year-old crooner looking particularly taken with a pair of trainers during the outing.
It seems that they both look comfortable in each other's company.
The former couple who married in December 1995, have two children together, a 16-year-old son named Miles Brockman and a daughter, Sofia,12 .
Diane filed for divorce in October 2003, citing irreconcilable differences.
