Rihanna, 50 Cent To Play At Nicole Richie's Wedding

Nicole Richie's wedding to Joel Madden will be incredibly star-studded, if dad Lionel Richie has anything to do with it.

The 'Dancing On The Ceiling' singer won't be content with serenading the couple himself, but is bringing in some family friends to do a few performances.

According to Heat, Tina Turner, Leona Lewis, 50 Cent and Rihanna are just some of the celebrity guests expected to turn up. And he's expecting them to sing.

A source told the magazine: "All of the biggest names in music are getting an invite. Lionel is asking some to sing. He wants the reception to be a big concert."

Nicole has two children with Good Charlotte rocker boyfriend Joel and Lionel has nothing but good wishes for all of them.

He recently told People: "My happiness for Nicole and Joel knows no boundaries. They have given me two beautiful grandchildren, Harlow and Sparrow, and have proven to be great parents.

"I am not sure who is luckier, Nicole and Joel to have each other, or me, to have both of them in my life. I cannot wait to give away the bride!"

Other guests expected to turn up include Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Sam Ronson.

We're not sure about concerts used as the front for an otherwise traditional ceremony. Like Michael Jackson's funeral, which looked like a cross between the MTV awards and a florist's.

What do you think? Who would you like at your wedding? Or your birthday? Or even your funeral?

'Glee': Lionel Richie, The Beatles and The Doors' songs score April's premiere

Holy hook-ups, Batman. There is a lot going down on "Glee" this spring. Korbi TV hit the show's PaleyFest event on Saturday (March 13), where the crowd of almost 2,000 -- Paley's largest audience ever -- was treated to a screening of the show's April 13 return episode. And people, prepare to be surprised. First of all, the writers aren't wasting any time. Many of the things that you might think you'll have to wait all season to see are already in full swing when the hour opens. I won't say any more on that right now, but just know, what they've got going down is pretty brilliant. I think you'll be pleased.
