Lionel Richie confirmed to present at Radio 2 Live In Hyde Park

Radio2 hosted by Chris Evans, who announced the line up this morning on the breakfast show, while the event takes place at Hyde Park on London in 11th September 2011.

He said Radio 2's Hyde Park shows were “without a doubt one of the highlights of my year – a beautiful location, an astounding line-up of world class artists including superstar Lionel Richie and thousands of the great British public coming together to enjoy themselves”.

BBC Concert Orchestra with singer Richie is the only UK date this year will be performed at will.

The event held at Hyde Pak on London on 11th September 2011, which will be hosted by Radio 2’s Chris Evans, who announced the headline that on the morning breakfast show.

The event was covered live on Radio 2, live performances and backstage interviews will also be included. The atation displays the day's highlights across the R2 site with additional content will air the following week.
