Richie Launches New Scent!!

To enhance more to her fast-growing retail line,Nicole Richie has just launched a new fragrance.

The perfume - called Nicole - is described as "soulful".

"I was inspired by the scents of my childhood," said Richie, 30, daughter of singer Lionel Richie and his ex-wife Brenda Harvey.

"I knew exactly what I wanted to do because my mum would combine different oils and lotions, and the blend of scents became very special to me."

This weekend Detroit host an un even gig past weekend.The show was headlined by Jimmy Buffett at Comerica Park with a city native as the opening act, Lionel Richie.

Richie has broken out this year due to his hit album Tuskegee, on which he duets on most of his major hits with major country and rock stars


Past Saturday Lionel played songs while performing and Buffet joined him as a surprise guest appearance for the song.

Tuskegee The Best Selling Album This Year By Lionel

For the first half year, Lionel Richie album "Tuskegee" consist collection of duets with Lionel and some of country’s biggest stars, is the biggest selling album thus far.

So far 912,000 copies of the album "Tuskgee" has been sold out by the mid-year point that ended July 1.It comes in just behind Adele’s 21 for total sales of all albums for the first half of the year.
